PPSR Case Update and Proposed Changes
A few months ago, we discussed in our monthly newsletter the PPSR and how it affects you as a business owner or adviser when security interests’ are contested. Just to jog your memory, the Personal Properties Security Register or PPSR, was set up in 2012 under the Personal Properties Security Act 2009 enacted by the Rudd government.
