Our Team

Ian is a highly experienced advisor with over 30 years’ experience advising clients, including 15 years insolvency experience.  He was previously a director of a mid-sized accounting practice advising clients on all aspects of business structuring and restructuring.

Ian has investigated complex structures of inter-related entities to achieve restructuring in solvent and insolvent situations and provided advice to business owners and directors.  He has specific experience in all types of corporate appointments ranging from Voluntary Administrations and Court Liquidations to Receiverships.

He has been involved in numerous small corporate assignments as well as public companies and large not-for-profit organizations. His industry experience covers retail, manufacturing, agriculture, transport and technology businesses.
